I don’t usually make reviews.. ever... and I do want to start out by saying I RECOMMEND the store for the deals and selection. However The new hires at this store are incredibly rude and outright unfriendly. I’ve been shopping here for years now and loved this store until recently. was told I had to make an appointment so I did.....brought my stuff in-5 items. was told that it would take 30 minutes ...came back in 40 was told it would take another 20 so they could finish eating there food that as all over the counter i suppose. took my stuff and called to talk to manager and got hung up on!! 🤬 rude! will never go back there

Went to go sell my name brand clothes barely worn and half even have the tags on. It was only 11:30 and wouldn’t give me cash only in store credit. I will just go sell my Maurices, American Eagle, Silver & Vigoss jeans else wear.
Went here with my sister we asked for two fitting rooms and the employee rudely said “do not leave your items in the room you have to bring the to the desk” then slammed my fitting room door shut. I was interested in a sweater realized it had a hole and asked if they do any sort of discount and the girl rudely told me they don’t do that and then took it and put it behind her not even asking if I still wanted it. I won’t be back. Plato’s closet definitely has more respect for their customers.
I used to really like this place until they did my buy today and the girl next to the one doing mine said that when they get a buy like mine that pays alot they take money off your buy!!
Went in yesterday to drop off clothes at 5 and they told me they were done buying for the day despite advertising buying hours on their website until 7. They told me to come back today and just make sure I’m there before three if I want cash. Very misleading when they advertise that they’ll pay you cash. The girls working there really didn’t seem professional and I will probably just bring my clothes to playto’s closet as I live 30 minutes out of town and don’t feel like wasting my time or gas money again.
Went to being in some of my clothes and they wouldn’t take a look at them because they were in a bag. They girl behind the counter was very rude. She said we only take clothes if they’re in a clothes basket or a tote. We don’t take them in bags. What is the difference? Wasn’t impressed. Will not be going there anymore.
