Great sale happening for the holidays. Got a great deal on a desktop. The workers were helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating.
I have always been treated with respect from the knowledgeable staff. I brought in my MAC and George Sisney was able to diagnose the problem within 10 minutes.
I just left the store with a bug smile! The service I received was excellent!! The young lady at the front desk "listened" to me and I end up walking out very happy with a Mac on hand without breaking my pocket!!
Love the 2 TV's and 3 computers I have purchased. Excellent service and great products! Love the tech toys- cords, games and such. Never know what treasures I will find!
Bad customer service, all they care about is people buying stuff. The tech does not wont anyone to ask him questions. All he wont to do is work on computers tablets phones ect. The front store boss if he has a problem he will talk to in front off the customers plus make you feel like you do not ever wont to come in again. I really do not think they care about helping people that need a computer. Seeing that they make 1 million a year from the store got to make that money.
