Staff was absolutely rude
Will get all of my repairs done here in the future. Affordable and knowledgeable. They provide meaningful employment to folks and countless volunteers. My little Smart TV is perfect for me and the Roku stickbthey recommended allows cheap access to information and life saving news.
Jessica and crew were great! They helped me pick out the perfect laptop for my wife's birthday gift!
The prices are unbeatable. I needed a computer to work from home ASAP. They set me up with a deal I couldn't come close to matching with my Amazon Prime membership. Next Step has the hook up when comes to computers I've also gotten a few cords there too.
I’ve been buying my equipment from NextStep since 2017 & I’ve never been disappointed. I recently went to them for a desktop & it was a very pleasant experience & I’m very pleased with my system so far. 🙂 Thankyou to everyone!
Did some volunteer stuff for these guys a few years ago. They are an amazing community resource. They are a wonderful group of people who are doing this for the planet. They donate computers to low income schools. They sell like new monitors pc’s and laptops for unbelievably low prices, can’t say enough good things about them.
Excellent prices and service
We love this store! We bought a computer from here for my father-in-law and it was great! We love how much they are able to recycle and keep so much out of land fills.
