We have been working with NextStep for our software needs and our Helpdesk. They respond to our questions and help find solutions when we have issues. They are open to feedback and help us find the right software and programs to meet our needs. They help us keep track of when items need replaced and when we need security updates. We have recently started using the Pii protect to help staff with cybersecurity.
We have been working with NextStep Networking for over a decade on several different upgrade projects throughout our organization and as our helpdesk. The NextStep team has been great to work with and reliable, they are very responsive to our needs. They have a great team of professionals that are always a phone call/text message/email away and willing to help with a solution that meets and or exceeds our needs.
This company will take all your money and does not provide quality work. The company is ran by LGBTQ and I don’t think the churches they work for would appreciate all the lies the company tells them.
