As someone dealing with Muscular Dystrophy I was always looking for a facility that would provide a therapy tailored to my needs and limitations. It's been about a year that I've been consistently going to NextStep, and I am beyond grateful for all the trainers. David and his team are the best. Great human beings as well as experienced trainers that simply care. HIGHLY recommended.
