This place is awesome! My truck took a while but this was due to a lack of parts. Brian literally spent like 4 hours calling nationwide for parts. No BS because I myself spent two hours calling for parts with no luck. He found my kit in Illinois and had it shipped. I know the price of parts and they were 100% fair on that as well. I have brought my diesel Super Duty to Mark and his crew several times, always completely satisfied with the work. They are courteous and professional, and their expertise helps them diagnose issues quickly. Their service and repairs have never required me to return with questions nor complaint. They're probably not the cheapest around, but my peace of mind knowing they take pride in great work is a great value. I highly recommend Nextruk!
Kept the truck for 4 months. We paid about $10 000 to them. Terrible customer service, they were saying truck will be ready soon, but no-one was working on it.
We paid more than 10 000 dollars and it took 4 month to get it back. We were loosing money every day, but the truck was just staying in the shop and no-one was working on it.
Mark and his crew are the best out there. Not the cheapest but honesty and a guy you can trust to fix the problem the first time is well worth it.
Mark and Jason are always right on top of what is going on. Friendly, courteous and responsive to your needs. A 5-star recommendation.
