Nextron I would not recommend ever working with this company, they were discriminating to me because of medications my doctors had prescribed and my religion . My nurses were amazing and I’m forever grateful to them. the company itself I wish I could sue on so many levels. Specifically the Columbia Liason’s and all the top managers , nurse managers etc . Never work with this company , the pain they put me thru is unimaginable. I was left for months without lifesaving care because of their discrimination.
Been very happy with the service provided and the nurse who was assigned to my case No complaints here.
Nextron has been wonderful! They delivered the supplies we needed sooner than promised, and followed up to be sure all was perfect. Jackie was compassionate, professional, and extremely efficient.
630 pm and I haven't ha my I.V.today. due to Nextron allowing me to run out. Tried calling only to be kept on hold to horrible repetitive music.. Edit Got in touch with my nurse and she was able to reach the pharmacy. Finally received my meds at 815
Terrible pharmacy to work with. The nurse was nasty and the general manager found no problem with her arrogance so went to Qualitas who has way better customer service. And the nurse is easy to work with unlike Julie their nurse, IMO.
