This is a nightmare going in here for service. Drop my truck Thursday and I have to wait until Monday JUST for a diagnostic. Reason given the advance tech will be back Monday. Meaning that they only have 1 prepare person to do this diagnostic? This is UNACCEPTABLE for us trucking companies. Nextran Truck Centers we are in this business to have our trucks running not to have it park in the facility waiting on someone who can run a diagnostic. I am the owner of a small fleet (18 trucks Volvo and Mack ) and we’ve been utilizing service from dealers all over the country for a while, we can assure you that this is the best place to get repairs and preventive maintenance. Their fair and honest which is very important and not easy to find. The Service manager Luciano Ramirez and his Team are the best and dedicated to service your needs. I Extremely recommend NexTran Orlando.
Parts department is a joke. The only thing they have going for them is their stellar service department.
Absolutely one of the best if not the best truck shop I have been in. Courtesy and explaining what was going on to the detail. Michelle one of the service writers was absolutely amazing to the detail and friendly. Definitely hands down would go back if issues arise
