This is a nightmare going in here for service. Drop my truck Thursday and I have to wait until Monday JUST for a diagnostic. Reason given the advance tech will be back Monday. Meaning that they only have 1 prepare person to do this diagnostic? This is UNACCEPTABLE for us trucking companies. Nextran Truck Centers we are in this business to have our trucks running not to have it park in the facility waiting on someone who can run a diagnostic. I am the owner of a small fleet (18 trucks Volvo and Mack ) and we’ve been utilizing service from dealers all over the country for a while, we can assure you that this is the best place to get repairs and preventive maintenance. Their fair and honest which is very important and not easy to find. The Service manager Luciano Ramirez and his Team are the best and dedicated to service your needs. Had truck problems on Sunday. Was only a few miles away so drove it to them to see what they would say. Was honestly expecting them to say they would get to it on Monday or Tuesday. Nope, they hooked up the computer to it immediately and found the problem. Put it in their garage and within two hours I was back on the road. These guys are awesome! My hat’s off to the weekend guys!
