If I could give zero stars I would. Love my doctor but good luck getting anyone to return calls and prior authorization? Yea right you’ll Never get your medicine. It’s been 3 weeks and 2 appts and they still haven’t submitted on my behalf and when I call either no one answers or they never call you back or you get attitude. I get Tricare is difficult but I’ve done all the leg work not sure what they’re even good for at this point.
I would steer away from the PA. I went in for an HCG because I was pregnant and couldn’t get into an OBGYN for a while. She tried saying I probably was diabetic and had kidney issues. I got stuck with a big bill from the labs and I never got my hcg results. I switched practices after that experience.
I've had mixed experiences, but mostly having to do with scheduling and consistency of my primary care physicians due to the turn around they've had in the past few years. That said, today I called at 0730 to make an appointment and was able to get an 0815. After completing my pre-check in online prior to coming in, I was able to get checked in and seen in no time. Lady at front desk couldn't do two things at once and didn't check me in when she said she did leaving me 30 pass my appointment time , don't bill be no late fees make her pay them for not checking me in when she said she did!!
