I'm extremely disappointed with my visit to the phlebotomist on the second floor of Palmetto Primary Care today. Despite having regular blood draws every 3 months without issues, today's experience was painful and troubling. The phlebotomist seemed inexperienced, applying a tourniquet that was excessively tight and caused discomfort. Furthermore, the needle insertion was excruciatingly painful and done too deeply. I don’t agree with any of these negative reviews. All of my experiences at this location have been rather pleasant. In fact, I wanted to take the time to publicly review Tayo (P.A.) specifically. She probably has the best bedside manner I’ve ever experienced. My wife also comes to this location to be seen by Tayo and has had numerous positive experiences. I have PCOS, depression, hypothyroidism, and an overweight body… meeting a physician in person is scary and nerve-wracking. I fear judgement, and she has none to give. She ... read more
Me and my husband went to the doctor on October 3 got our prescriptions. It is now November 8 and we still have not been able to get our medicine because the Preauthorization department is backed up so we have to go without our medicine our doctor Dr. gentry he is leaving And it And that patient can’t get their medicine because their department is so backed up again went to the doctor October 3. It is now November 8 still haven’t gotten our medicine.
