Dr. Kight listens and was able to handle things past providers sent to specialist. His nurse and front staff are great. He also sees my children and appreciate a family medicine doctor that is experienced with pediatrics and understands the family dynamic.
Dr. kight came highly recommended from my GI doctor and didn’t disappoint. He is very lifestyle and wellness focused . His nurse is so friendly. My experience is completely opposite than all the negative reviews, they must be from prior to Dr. Kight taking over the clinic as I believe he is fairly new.
If I could give zero stars I would. Love my doctor but good luck getting anyone to return calls and prior authorization? Yea right you’ll Never get your medicine. It’s been 3 weeks and 2 appts and they still haven’t submitted on my behalf and when I call either no one answers or they never call you back or you get attitude. I get Tricare is difficult but I’ve done all the leg work not sure what they’re even good for at this point.
I would steer away from the PA. I went in for an HCG because I was pregnant and couldn’t get into an OBGYN for a while. She tried saying I probably was diabetic and had kidney issues. I got stuck with a big bill from the labs and I never got my hcg results. I switched practices after that experience.
