all about sales. Their construction crews are awful leaving debris to blow into neighbor’s lawns and working outside the allowed times. They don’t care if they leave nails everywhere and your tires get punctured. Their office is unhelpful and Megan Gold (not sure of spelling) is just rude. Take accountability! A

My brother and cousin both purchased homes in Nexton, Summerville. Honestly, extremely poor service. I was looking into building a home in Nexton, but will never build with Pulte. Within the first week, one of our 2 houses had a door lock that didn’t work. The second house had the food floor cracking, splits sticking out etc. when we called to inform them, no one came to check. We are very satisfied with the community and the quality of the Pulte home that we had built in Nexton Midtown. The Pulte customer service reps that we have dealt with have all been extremely professional and pleasant to correspond with. They quickly handled the few small issues we had to our satisfaction. We have found them to be a very responsive company to deal with. So far, our experience with Nexton and Pulte builders has been a positive one.
