Our Pulte Home was a spec. home/quick move-in... all ready when we were. Meghan Golde & Michael Sexton were very helpful and responsive - we're very happy with the process and with our new home!

Builder with the worst reputation in Nexton. just look at the neighborhood pages and you’ll see complaint after complaint. Good luck getting them to honor warranties. They talk up their warranty and leave their customers hanging. Ask them why they don’t allow an inspector named Bob! Pulte crews drive over lawns and then the sales office doesn’t care to fix issues caused by their own construction crews. Meghan Golde is extremely disrespectful and talks down to people.
