Avoid this insurance company, big SCAM. Had Informed them to cancel my plan, yet they still charged me for the next month and refused a refund.
BIG SCAM!!! They sold me this plan called HealthySheild 4 The sales broker promised me that they were in network with my current health provider. Turns out they we’re not. I was lied to! They only paid around $100 towards an ultrasound I had done and nothing towards my colonoscopy. Their customer service is so uncooperative. Now I’m paying all these huge medical expenses out of pocket. Then they wouldn’t let me cancel. I had to cancel my credit card so they would stop billing me. They were billing me $400/month for nothing!!... read more
I’m so disgusted with the insurance I don’t have words. My foot is broken and I need surgery. I was informed that with my insurance the first available appointment is 3mos from now
This insurance is horrible. I called 4 times to find out if they had a Urgent Care Center, first they could not find my daughter policy, finally I found the insurance card and noticed her name was spelled wrong, that's why they couldn't find it. Second the person I spokes with send me all the way into the city of Chicago in a dangerous area and the place looks like it's been closed down for a while, I asked her was she sure that they would see my daughter she said yes.
