Brenda was absolutely amazing to work with! She went above and beyond to help us get into a rental home within a few days! Andrea the leasing agent was also super friendly and quick to helping us get our home as well! Cannot recommend them enough!
My husband Michael and I live in rent house for 2 and half years. We re happy with their company they re very helpfully and tips and very communication with us. Always email us head up when rent all that. We never miss payments they re very understanding. We live in rent house so now we re still looking for house we can rent to own hopefully.. we don’t know when we will find houses it will take awhile.. hopefully we stay here till we find place… Thank you next tri convert realty! I rent from them, the customer service is amazing, the maintenance team is on point and you don't have to wait or fight to get things handled. You meet wonderful and amazing people that will go above and beyond to put you in something you like and work harder to keep the maintenance up.
I started renting while Brenda and Carrie were still with the old rental company, but I was elated when I found out the owner of my home switched his homes to Nexthome!!! Brenda and Carrie have made it so easy to rent from. The switch was so seamless that I wouldn’t have even knows that we switched. I am now able to pay my rent through an app, as well as communicate directly through it as well!
