Good customer service and very nice people had a problem with my bathroom for a second and they called their service people the maintenance man was so quick and so nice it was amazing.

NextHome got me into a place quickly and cheaply with their move in special. Everyone at t he office is amazingly nice and I can go on an on about their maintenance. They respond so quick, it astonishes me. I have never had a place reply so quick with maintenance requests. Again, great people own this place and work here. I am overwhelmed by how everyone is attentively nice here.
We rent from them they are great with their tenants and especially Brenda ragland.she will work with you and is very understanding when are having financial issues and shows a lot of compassion to people too .great people work there too .if you are looking for a great house and kind people they are definitely the poeple to go too.
I’ve had a great experience with this rental company. Everyone I’ve worked with has been incredibly kind, professional, and truly follows through on everything they say they will. Work orders are always addressed in a timely manner, and the companies they use for repairs are amazing. It’s refreshing to work with genuinely kind people who care and do things right. I highly recommend them!
