We were new to Lawton and I had asked a coworker about rental companies. We were directed to NextHome on recommendation and I couldn't have been happier with our experience. At the time of walkthrough all questions were answered. The lease was straightforward. Maintenance requests were addressed promptly. I honestly have no complaints! I felt very well taken care of!
If I could give no stars, I would. When you go to this place, you’re taking a risk. A gamble of who owns the house you’re renting, if things will be addressed properly, or if they’re educational about the properties they are representing. It took months for any work to be done for a continuous leaking roof, a damaged fence (then they tried to blame shit contractor work on me), and more. Professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They communicate well and clearly care about providing great service. I appreciate the positive experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable real estate team.
