If I could give no stars, I would. When you go to this place, you’re taking a risk. A gamble of who owns the house you’re renting, if things will be addressed properly, or if they’re educational about the properties they are representing. It took months for any work to be done for a continuous leaking roof, a damaged fence (then they tried to blame shit contractor work on me), and more. Update: Just resigned a lease with them! Excellent company with the best staff! I signed a lease with them last summer and everything has gone so smoothly! The office staff was amazing, excellent communication, very understanding and they made the process so easy. So glad I went with them!
