The owner (Tom) is horrible. Tried calling in and his attention was elsewhere during the conversation. He doesn't have your best interest in mind. Take your business elsewhere.
Tom did a great job selling my home, under a week on the market with nearly a full price offer. Throughout the selling process Tom demonstrated a high level of skill, knowledge, communication and professionalism. I was amazed how in every aspect of the transaction he routinely went above and beyond and effectively communicated every single detail. Purchasing a home with Tom and Dana's assistance was the best decision we could've made when we relocated this past year. We love our new home, just wish the experience was a little more exciting and pleasant. Never dealt with Dana, however dealing with Tom was at times frustrating, and difficult. His demeanor was below par for a professional, at times even derogatory in nature, especially when I as a female dealt with matters with him. Glad to be in our final home, after having moved and bought and sold several over last 25 yrs, being military, so done dealing with Mr. Tom Price and wont recommend.
