So this lady runs the entire company is unprofessional and rude DO NOT RENT. I repeat do not rent from this person if you value time and money ill just leave this here.
Do not go through this "company". The entire company is just one single person. I attempted to rent through her until she started claiming I was "pulling a fast one." All because the utility companies couldn't switch over as fast as she wanted them to. She refused to hand over the keys until all utilities were activated at the location, despite having told me otherwise previously. I would recommend staying away from this company.
This company waited until the end of the day ON CLOSING DAY to say they did not have sufficient funds to buy our home. I would NEVER recommend this company. Left our family in a terrible financial situation. DO NOT USE!!!!! I would give zero stars if that was an option.
