Kathy Baurely rents out apartments that are not livable and when asked to address issues gets irritate. apartment has no refrigerator, no stove, no working toilet and unit is filthy with pre-existing damages. No lease was signed but money was provided to hold apartment. When asked for return of money so both parties could go on their way Kathy started screaming and yelling and said she would not reimburse. With so many agencies and so many realtors It is hard to find someone knowledgeable that you can trust. I know from personal experience that The folks at next home music city Realty are trustworthy and knowledgeable. This is a family run business, so you get treated like family . I highly recommend them !! Tiffany , Kim and Randy will all do what it takes to get the deal done and make you feel comfortable along the way!
