Jennifer Moore was exceptional! We listed our home and she went above and beyond to help with the closing. She even went to Lowe's to purchase material for repairs on day of closing when we were working. Every step was communicated and showed up at closing to make sure all documents were correct. It is unbelievable in the 21st Century that this realty company would refuse to unclog a blocked sewage problem at 608 Greenland Drive because they refuse to pay the emergency plumbing fee that has been going on for two days, until they could get a cheaper appointment. They are claiming that the owner, Mr. Hampton is refusing to pay this fee. However, this is the second time and 4 months that we have suffered the "stink of feces floating up" in the bathtub, commode, kitchen sink, and bathroom floors of this property. At the ... read more
