Shouldn’t and doesn’t even deserve 1 star! Started the process of trying to buy a home with Lori. Got approved. Got a slightly higher one a couple months later from what Pam (mortgage lady) had explained. Tried to find a home. Lori and mortgage lady both stopped ALL contact with me. Neither tried to reach out to me. Neither tried to further assist me in finding a home. Lori stopped sending me homes to look at so I had to start doing it myself. Jennifer Moore was exceptional! We listed our home and she went above and beyond to help with the closing. She even went to Lowe's to purchase material for repairs on day of closing when we were working. Every step was communicated and showed up at closing to make sure all documents were correct. Highly recommend!! Thanks for the professionalism and hard work!!
Clients first is definitely their motto. The staff is always pleasant and knowledgable about what they want and need and its always about making sure the customer gets what they need and the job is done right. I love that about them. Kudos to a great staff.
