Would never recommend Next Homes or their realtor Kyle Halford. They are holding onto earnest money that is not theirs! They almost cost me my new house twice! Kyle is beyond lazy and made my realtor do all his work! Beyond disappointed and disgusted with the service I received from Next Home!
I would never recommend Next Home, not even to my worst enemy. They have caused so much stress, anger, and almost put me out of a house twice! Their realtor Kyle Halford is a joke. We first met Kyle when his client was our first buyer on our home for sale. This client ended up breaking contract and did not show up to closing even though everything was according to contract and signed. We had a very poor experience with the agents at Nexthome Experience. We found them rude and error prone. There were mistakes with closing and titling the property. When questioned, they get offensive and very unpleasant - very quickly. Find another realtor.

Awful company. I once lived at an address that is now being sold through NextHome, but I am not the seller. The NextHome agent has given out my personal information to the prospective buyer, which I believe is illegal.
