Working with Kim was the best thing we could have done selling our house. She was a very hard worker and a good listener, very available too. She offered us advice on how to add value to our house inexpensively. Her advice, research, hard work and knowhow secured a bid that was 30K over the asking price! We got that bid on the same day as her open house. We highly recommend contacting Kim if looking or selling your house.

We were in the best of hands with Kim as we moved across the country back to our home town. She exceeded all expectations and some. Answered all our questions through every hurdle. Kim also did a great job face timing the home tour for us as we were 1000 miles away. She knows how to get the job done with ease from both sides of the table.
