Called to make an appointment And was told they charge $150 for every form they fill out.. what ??! No thanks. Plenty of other doctors who would do it for free/included. It’s bad enough how much health insurance costs now we get a fee if our doctor fills out paperwork.
I found this office after doing some research online and I’m really glad I decided to give it a shot. Reaching out for help was something I had been putting off for a long time, and I was honestly nervous to take that first step.
