No response from emails, charging extra fees without explanation, changed locks on the building and charged $50 for a new key. Will be lodging complaints to BBB and the State. I am done trying to contact you. You don't respond. I haven't even received my statement this month (due on the 1st) and it is June 11th. This is way passed contacting you. I have not had any results since I've been dealing with you since Dec 2023.
Worst property management company I've ever dealt with! NO communication. Problems don't get resolved. I'm so disgusted with Ken and his lack of management skills. Big waste of time and money. Any other company has to be better than this one.

It’s required to get permission to do improvements on units. I have waited one and a half months for approval on a project. This is so difficult dealing with a home improvement professional, management, hoa and myself.
