No response from emails, charging extra fees without explanation, changed locks on the building and charged $50 for a new key. Will be lodging complaints to BBB and the State.
It’s required to get permission to do improvements on units. I have waited one and a half months for approval on a project. This is so difficult dealing with a home improvement professional, management, hoa and myself.
I work with them in the past and it seams like they keep selling out and not paying for services done
