We had NextGen Pest Solutions come out to our house in July 2023 to take care of a squirrel/rat problem in our attic. They were able to provide a quote over the phone and come out quickly to begin work. While this speed seemed like a good thing at the time, I now realize that, without an in-person inspection/quote, they were unable to identify/treat the whole problem.
