We're STILL super pleased with Next Gen service!! If there was 10 stars Id give them that! We still have monthly service but havent seen a bug in years!! All of the techs are awesome but Robert serviced us today and he always delivers. Always on time, great communication and extremly knowledgeable. Cant ask for more than that!! 😊

I had a German cockroach infestation (really bad) and was at my wits end. Shannon came and kept coming until that horrifying experience was over. Now I get Shannon once a month for maintenance and we’re doing my second house also. Shannon is perfect and lines up with my schedule. This company is the best!
