Had a laptop keyboard replacement whilst i was completing tafe, ended up taking much longer than I was told, causing issues. Just pulled said laptop out for the first time since then and my still new looking keyboard doesnt work at all. Service was also very hit or miss.
Staff are friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable - price on repair and other services is solid, product range and availability can leave a bit to be desired. If something's wrong with your laptop desktop or other device, definitely worth a look. If you're building a PC, might be worth the pilgrimmage to Umart or Computer Alliance.
Great vibe. Excellent service and exceptionally reasonable on repair pricing. My MacBook copped a full glass of soda, thanks to my cat. Shorted out the motherboard. The folder with two years of music tabs was not saved to the cloud. I ruined the keyboard trying to dry the spill using a hair dryer. $200 to fix the motherboard. $175 to replace the keyboard. All files were saved. (My precious music tabs were saved and have been transferred to the cloud) Well done to all. Recommend highly. Very honest folks.
Poor, we had screen repaired in a laptop, the replacement screen cracked within two days whilst it was sitting on a desk.
