Great experience! I was really nervous about the first visit. The staff was very friendly and the Doctor put me at ease. When you have health issues you need to trust those in charge of your health. I appreciated the care I was given.
I visited NextGen Surgery Center to have a wisdom tooth extracted. I have always experienced extreme anxiety regarding any dental procedures and because I was being cheap I elected not to be sedated just to have a singular tooth removed. I must say this was one of the best dentistry experiences ever! I had 6 teeth surgically removed which I was a little scared of but everyone there was truly amazing! Abbie was very great from the first time I called helping me get all my insurance items and paperwork figured out and answered all my crazy questions. Outstanding office in every way. FRONT OFFICE Able to get answers to questions by text and email with almost instant response. Most professional staff I have encountered at a doctors office. So great we bought the staff a huge tin of popcorn. Dr Eftekhari was excellent. Very patient with my questions. It was a procedure that required IV sedation. Everything went very well and I trusted him completely. Three different doctors gave me his name. IN ALL ASPECTS ONE OF THE BEST MEDICAL EXPERIENCES I HAVE EVER HAD.
