New to the MB area and have been looking for a great salon. I easily made an appointment online for both my mom and myself. My mom had a regular mani and pedi and I had a gel fill. My tech was about 15 min behind so I had time to look around. Salon was dark and didn’t appear very clean which is always a red flag. $110 for my fiancé and I to get our feet done on our anniversary, lord knows hers look even worst. The massage was terrible, the girl literally rushed - never asked me how i was. What makes it so bad is, we were vacationing here. Never have this issue back in North Carolina. Save your money, please- the reviews are contradicting. We got to a spot in Apex NC, that’s wonderful.. we unfortunately just did not make it before vacation.. I have been going to Nextgen for a couple of years now. The service is excellent. The atmosphere is nice. It's comfortable and everyone's friendly. They always do a wonderful job on my nails. I usually don't have any problems between visits-my nails usually not look amazing up until my next appointment. I am always getting compliments on my nails.
