Absolutely terrible. These people have no information information on the buildings, have no idea what's going on, and give out phone numbers to get information that do not even work and are no longer in service. They do not answer the phone! Save your money and use a property manager that is going to manage your property.
We used to have this company as a property management in our community, for several years, Our experience was not good, I do not recommend them.
This management company had a opportunity to manage the Falls Of Inverrary and they bit off more then they can handle,they had ground keepers and maintenance worker's without uniforms looking like they are homeless or drug users.the office was in disarray they was unprofessional they never answer the phone and if they did they was very rude,we had a light that was blown for a month and then they finally replaced but this company should not be in property management business just look at all the reviews and you will see..
Mike from Next Gen is a great guy! He is hard-working and reliable and so pleasant to all of the residents here in Lyndhurst F in Century Village!
