Doggy days of summer couldn't have come at the worst late moment. About 4 days ago we had a power outage which thankfully only lasted about 5 min tops and power returned back... Greg and his tech were incredible! Responsive, quick to address the issue and fair. This group is my go to for HVAC issues in Los Angeles. They got my AC up and running in record time. So appreciative.
Do not use them! They are way overpriced, and they use predatory lenders (Goodleap). I had two splits and an electrical panel placed at a property - financed at $19,000 - I didn't have to pay for 11 months - what I didn't realize is the interest accrued, so paying this off at 16 months later, my payment was $23,804 (Goodleap is a predatory leander and NexGen is a rip-off. Be smarter than I was - shop around!
