The best customer service I have ever had with a hvac company Greg took his time and explained everything down to the point as me and my wife are on a budget and we’re looking for a good reliable HVAC system. Greg recommended us one of the best companies out there and had installed an HVAC unit with AC and heating the installation. Process was so fast he was in and out the same day we loved his work will definitely recommend Greg and next GEN team to do our future family services. Go check them out.
Greg and his team were great to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable, courteous and caring. He made excellent repairs to our HVAC system which in return will allow it to be better, more functionable and economical in its usage. I needed to replace my central heating and air. I found Nextgen online and am so happy I called them. The owner, Krikor, made and appointment to come out to give me a free estimate. He talked me through everything. He made me feel comfortable knowing that I had called a very experienced company. We agreed on the price and selected dates. The installation went very smoothly.
