I had an appointment with him over a week in advance. The day before he told me he would be there in the morning. No show. I called and texted several times and no response.

Brian did an excellent job hooking up our swim spa at a reasonable cost. He was very professional, punctual, and timely from the time he came for an estimate and throughout the whole process (including permitting). I will definitely call him again when needed, and I highly recommend Nextgen Electric to everybody.
