There are good and bad in every Oz caravan maker. What let’s Network RV, Nextgen down is poor after sales service for the little things. However bang for buck it’s a great van and we have done prob a 1000ks on dirt road and it performs as good if not better than others that are dearer. Some things to check . Get the wheel bearings checked on 1000ks, like repacked with grease. If something unscrews use locktite or similar to ensure it doesn’t again but this happens on most vans. Just went to the caravan show in Sydney and was looking at one of the vans in the line up, After coming out I was discussing the suspension on the van and said to one of the reps (sounded like he had an accent) if these came out with airbags. Event happened at about 3:50 on the 22nd of April He explained they're a "Gimick" and I replied "Bags on Bags, they're useful" amusingly He then replied "Bags on your chin" making an attack at my weight which seemed completely irrelevant to the discussion we were having. Just purchased our new Nextgen SE21 (2022 family model) van and are really happy with it so far. Purchased through Green RV on the Sunshine Coast and have had nothing but excellent customer service from beginning to end. There are quite a few negative reviews out there I've noticed, so naturally I was worried with what we were getting into, but from our personal experience its all been hunky dory :)
Very happy with van overall however, small rainwater leak around front window creating small blisters to side and base of internal wall.panelling. Getting repairs in new van is a nightmare
