I've had multiple big jobs done by NextGen, and honestly they did a really great job installing and testing the equipment. I had an oil fired boiler replacement done by them in 2020, and had a heat pump installed in 2022. The actual technical work that was done was great. The removal of my old boiler and AC systems went smoothly, the new work was done well and communication was excellent. You might be wondering now why I am only giving them two stars. Great service, very professional team installed mini splits for us, highly recommend.
At arrival Will did a thorough check to find out the issue and got to the ground very fast. Then he explained what to do and what are the options. Right after decision he went on to get the required parts and finished the job in a short amount of time. He was always very professional and kind, tried to avoid interruption or impact in the house as much as possible. Overall his professionality was awesome - something I always experience when the NextGen team is on side. Anytime again!
