Great experience with them. No issues, they were on time and did fast and quality work. They cleaned up after themselves and went above and beyond our expectations. We will definitely using Nexterior Construction for future projects.
Horrible work, the crews are rude, crude and destructive! They broke our bedroom window in our apartment at Country Club Apts in Lincoln, didn't say anything about it, left the glass on the ground and just kept working. The next day, they destroyed an electrical box that feeds 12 air conditioning units on the roof and we lost our air conditioning for 8 hours in 92 degree heat.....again, didn't say anything about it. We called the emergency HVAC contactor and he was appalled at the destruction that they did to the 220v box an... read more

Spencer and his crew is awesome
The crew was very rude and disrespectful to my house. I asked them to wear shoe covers and there is even a note on my door that states it clearly and they were caught not wearing them when I wasnt present and came back. First time ever getting windows installed they did not cover my belongings or tell me too and in result there was white debris and dust all over my new furniture and flat screen tv.
