the bill raises are out of control. mine from $ 208.00 to $ 233.00 in a month. the phone system is impossible. than you spend days on hold. you cn;t get a enegry expert on the phone. he people need to be heard, as thy are getting continuesly over charged. they advertize the loest bills , its false. i have alone , have gas appliances. As a single person i am being over charged, people need to stand up to this rip off company<br /> <br /> <br />
