My name is Yisroel K. I came into urgent care after three days of pain in my lower right back. I thought it was a pulled muscle but my freind told me to see a doctor. Kevin saw me in and Laura attended to me. They advised me to go to the emergency room because I was experienceing too much pain. Thank God I listened to them. MetroHealth did a catscan on me revealing that I had appendicitis and I needed urgent surgury to take out my appendix. To make a long story short I had the surgery and my life was saved! I drove almost an hour 1 way every week gor a month due to an injury and this is where I went. The BEST medical service I had. Kevin the medical assistant was so attentive and patient every time and every time I seen him there. He was so polite and actually cared what was going on or if they could do anything more. Every Dr I had was phenomenal. There was a main one k seen and I hate I cant remember his name but he was AMAZING. I didn't mind to travel the care was that great. Thanks for everything guys.
