I wanted to leave a review to say how well of a good experience I’ve had at NextDoor. I had Ryan, and Afhan help me today and they were very nice, helpful, and to the point. Thank you!
Ryan and Afhan were fantastic. Caught a day with no wait and I was Ian and out for 15 minutes. I pulled a muscle and was prescribed a muscle relaxer. I’ve never taken one so Ryan walked me through the way they work and how to take them. Great guys. My second time here- and while I hope I never come back I wouldn’t hesitate to go here.
Having 4.8 stars is a joke for this place. The reviews have to be fake or family members leaving reviews to boost their look. The front desk guy was extremely rude over the phone this morning. Since they were so close, I decided to go in. When I got there, he had me wait for at least 20 mins prior to I’m addressing me and checking me in. After he finally took my info and I sat down, I heard him be nasty and dismissive to ANOTHER customer over the phone about their prescriptions that HE sent to the wrong pharmacy. Very compassionate about the needs of the people who come in. They go far and beyond to make sure they get proper care
This is my first time at nduc and is was great. A holiday weekend is not a good to get a UTI. The staff were wonderful. Glad I went there.
