I was so pleased with Melinda and Dr. Attassi's services today! They took great care of my needs after my injury and was very caring and attentive to my care. 5 star service at NextDoor Urgent Care!
DO NOT GO HERE!! Their service is deplorable . After 10+ hrs I still don't have a resolution to my child's medical issue. They didn't give valid information during our appointment and attempted to change the information 10 hours later. Which lead to the issue being unresolved. I have to take more time from work and school tomorrow to resolve the issue elsewhere. That SHOULD have been handled with them. Great care
I will definitely be returning! Everyone was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Vaughn was patient, caring, and genuinely wanted to help. He took the time to answer all of my questions, and I truly felt cared for throughout my visit. The office is beautiful, clean, and inviting. I highly recommend this practice!
I can’t say enough incredible things about this place.. The staff was kind, professional, and incredibly thorough from start to finish. They took the time to really listen to my concerns instead of rushing me out the door. What impressed me most was how comprehensive they were with testing. They didn’t just do the basic rapid tests—they also sent additional samples to the lab to make sure nothing was missed, including testing that many urgent care centers don’t typically offer.
