The staff and doctor were very kind and nice, THANK YOU FOR ATTENDING ME RIGHT AWAY
I truly despise coming to this urgent care but it is the only one in proximity. Yesterday, I checked into my appt 8:34am and after they took my vitals? I waited until 9:30am until I decided to leave. Also, the place never looks as clean as it should.
I had a very disappointing experience at this urgent care. The front desk staff were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. There was noticeable gossip happening at the front desk about patients, which could easily be overheard in the waiting area. That alone made me uncomfortable regarding privacy and professionalism.
