Waited 40 passed my scheduled apt. time before being seen for less than 6 minutes total. Natalya Weigel looks at me for less than 1 minute before just assuming I wanted time away from work. She handed me the “doctors note” and came up with a random amount of days she thought I wanted off. Couldn’t make up her mind or count the days of the week. After my toddler slipped and fell in the tub and cut his chin open, we raced to urgent care to see if they’d be able to help. It was an hour before closing and the staff there didn’t let that stop them from providing exceptional care. I didnt feel rushed and everyone there showed my baby so much love and care. Thank you all so much for helping us feel at ease during this crazy time.
Everyone was helpful and kind. Got us token care of and they did a good job with a full house.
