I have used Nextcare for a few non-urgent medical visits and have found them to be excellent. Very convenient online booking service. Staff was friendly and efficient. I will definitely be back.
I went in on Thursday for spiking fever and was diagnosed with a stomach ache from something I ate despite having eaten nothing new or spicy. I was told 2 prescriptions would be called in but still no prescriptions sent in as of Monday, 5 days later. Calls to the urgent care are AI only. I got a response on sunday. The person said rx was sent but at cvs still nothing on Monday. Totally a waste of time.
booked appointment - was seen on time - nice staff. I am 82 and suffered fall - hurt my arm badly and my big toe. X-ray of toe showed break but Doc said my arm was just nerve damage. No x-ray. Saw my GP weeks later because of bad pain in 'nerve damage' arm not going away. Took x-rays - my arm was infact broken!!!
