My experience from check-in to check-out was great. The only problem I encountered was scheduling the appointment the night before. The system had a glitch so I could not complete the paperwork electronically. I arrived early and was greeted by Briana at the front desk. She was professional, courteous, and friendly. We were so happy with their care here. We are here from MN visiting family, and our son needed a strep test. Everyone was very kind, caring, and informative.
Not friendly staff, very sarcastic. Asked for a hat for help with urine collection, Paula states they didn't have any more but offered no other solution. When I visited the bathroom there was no toilet paper and the trash can was full. When I asked for paper, Paula brought back a couple rolls and was trying to find the key but I told her just to give me the roll because it was urgent. I have been an RN for over 30 years.. the book online system is simply a smokescreen experience in my opinion. I have total insurance coverage...I filled out all of the paper work online..made it easy for this corporate-chain entity to do the paperwork... I booked a "reservation" online early in the AM this Sun... showed up for my "reservation " apt. on time..it was a full 2 hours & 15 mins before I was taken back by the MA to get my BP, & mini history...meanwhile there was a pediatric patient in the next room over crying...... read more
