Staff is rude. I was placed in a room and told there was one patient ahead of me and an hour later I asked how much longer and was told there was one patient ahead of me. As a nurse myself the disrespectful way that the nurse practitioner talked to me was ridiculous and they absolutely do not treat patients with kindness. If I couldn’t would give a zero star. Also the staff should probably not talk bad about patients so loud, the walls are paper thin.
I was a walk in on Monday morning. I had low blood oxygen with shallow Breathing. I have nothing but praise for this UC. Good to know they are available when in a crisis.
Went in for a blood pressure running high. Told me it would be an hour and half wait, with 2 people in waiting room. Ill go somewhere else. Thanks for caring.
URGENT care means quick same day service! Site says WALK INS WELCOME. I arrived at 7 am to make sure I got there before they you busy. I was the 1st one to walk in,the lobby empty and was told if I didn't have an appointment I couldn't be seen that they DO NOT take them on weekends!!!!! I'm furious to say the least!!!!
Primero me preguntaron al Walmart. Yo no uso Walmart como farmacia. Me enviaron la receta a un walgreens de yuma. No se sercioran en direcciones al enviar las recetas.
