They have the wait time of ROADKILL, I went in their at 6:45 for a 7:00 pm appointment, THEY DIDNT SEE ME UNTIL 8:30
Everybody was very friendly and helpful. We was in and out fast
I highly recommend for walk-ins to go elsewhere. Do NOT waste time at this urgent care. I spent three hours and my son was never seen. We had to walk out and ask for a refund. Note: Their patient line “queue” indicated that there was only two people ahead of us and somehow they managed to either forget about us or they simply and very bluntly decided to put us in the back burner based on ugent care patient profiling Instead, I will highly recommend if time permits, for patients to try to visit FasTrac during day hours. Had a 2:00 appointment. Arrived. Found the front desk gal rude and not helpful. I told her to cancel my appointment and left. There was not one person in the waiting area. I should have read the reviews before making an appointment
