Had a 2:00 appointment. Arrived. Found the front desk gal rude and not helpful. I told her to cancel my appointment and left. There was not one person in the waiting area. I should have read the reviews before making an appointment
I've gone here three times now and all three times. They were very professional and pretty much on time if you've made an appointment
This place is terrible. Believe the poor reviews. Everything people say happened to me 90 minutes wait, confusion about billing ands lots and lots of waiting.
Not sure why you make appointments??? They're just ignored!! Walk-ins & people with later appointments were seen before me!! No sense at all. I can hear why other people are here and it's nothing urgent enough to be bumped ahead of others! But they're really quick to collect your copay!!! I would have walked out if I hadn't paid my copay already! Zero stars
