Doctor was nice, clean facility, and typically a decently easy and quick process. However, the young woman at the front desk was extremely rude. Maybe she was having a bad day, but as someone who works in customer service, I found her behavior appalling, and almost unbelievable since it was so blatantly inappropriate. From easy location to get to, nice spacious parking area, superb customer care service and very professional medical team, I can't be happier. You're more than just a professional and work place but a new family to me. Your smiles alone can heal:) You're the best from very first foot in to exit time

No one in line ahead of us. Still a long wait time. Nurse was pleasant. Nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and professional. Checkout was a different story. While waiting to be called back, I witnessed the front desk lady be rude with an elderly lady. Not sure what the patient was requesting but I witnessed the front desk lady tell her she can’t help her and to go back to her GP. Also upon checkout, I paid a portion of our deductible.
