Horrible experience. Poor customer service and uncaring staff😓 We love the Next care urgent care in Gilbert on Higley Road.

I was traveling to the Grand Canyon for a hike and I needed a quick visit to verify I needed an antibiotic. I stopped at two other clinic before going into NextCare Urgent Care. I was greeted by a very courteous and professional receptionist, diagnosed by a friendly nurse and treated by a doctor who explained the symptoms and described a plan of attack. It worked and we had a successful trip down to Phantom Ranch. Price was fair and the use of technology was current and appreciated.
Kind and thorough staff. I went there with my sick 3 year old (Influenza B). All of the staff were welcoming and helpful. I never want to be at Urgent Care, of course, but if I have to again, I will definitely visit one of their locations. Highly recommend.

Very professional and friendly! We arrived about 20 minutes before closing; Alan Motter, NP was amazing, and Dolores, his medical assistant made us feel at ease. We were treated wonderfully, and received great care and 9 stitches in under two hours. Highly recommend!
Amazing experience here! Clean, professional, quick, and a doctor that was very knowledgable and that we trusted. Also, love that's it so central in Flagstaff.
