I have seen the PA Adam Roberts twice now in a year where I've been plagued with bronchitis related to exposures to black mold. Each time I've seen him, he's come up with a treatment plan that has brought me relief quickly when I've been in a lot of distress and my allergist in Scottsdale is not readily available. Even on a high volume day, I didn't have to wait overly long to see him.
Visited on NY Eve - not by choice but by necessity. Was able to check-in on-line so very little wait upon arrival. Was greeted with a smile by an extremely pleasant receptionist. Promptly led back into the examining room by a well-mannered nurse for my vitals and less than five minutes later was seen by Adam, the PAC on-duty.
