Skip this place, they need training. I told the receptionist and the nurse what I was coming for and after paying my $100 copay and seeing the Dr, they couldn't see me for that. Wasted money. Should've told me when I checked in. And should've told when I met with the nurse, so while i was there i asked for an antibiotic for sinus infection so i wouldnt completely pay for nothing. Fast service, professional, very informative.
The staff did a great job, given the situation left them with. 1 provider & 1 nurse. I made an appointment, to reduce my waiting time, & waited an hour before being taken to a treatment room. I then waited another hour to have the provider get to me. She was thorough, efficient & personable. My prescriptions were sent to the wrong pharmacy because no one asked me what pharmacy I was using. If this matches the current management goal, you either need new goals , new management or preferably both
First of all, l have been to this urgent care several times. The personnel have always been professional and polite. Today l went in about 11:00 to have 5 stitches taken out of my hand. I was told the wait to be seen was about 40 minutes. I didn’t feel l could wait that long so they said that they could make me an appointment at 2:00 so l could get seen in a more timely manner. Don't depend on the reservation system just go in. Stupid to have a reservation time and have to wait. Care was ok. Clinic manager responded talking about people with reservations, while I was told that mine was the only reservation and others were walk in. I was told that reservations do not matter, it would always be first come first served. Based on response from clinic manager, changing my two star review to one star. Thanks again for being even more fraudulent.
