They will try to get you to sign up for their Discount plan and tell you it's easy to cancel but it's ALL lies! I have yet to receive a response to my emails, the form I submitted on their website, and a voicemail to the supposed patient liaison in order to cancel my membership. I am left with no other options but contacting a lawyer and the BBB.
Everyone was very nice, but it’s now going on day 20 since my covid test with no call back. I did make a follow up call a week after my test, and the response was, “we’re too busy getting people in to call everyone back as soon as the results come in.” She told me that they didn’t have my results before even asking what my name was. I was promised multiple times that everyone gets a call back, whether it’s positive or negative, so I guess I can assume that I haven’t died yet.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! If your case is anything other than a minor cold, they do not provide you any "service" and severely overcharge. I was really unimpressed with the care I received from the doctor, she did not listen to me and provided a very blanket diagnosis, even though I told her I was experiencing none of the symptoms that lined up with that diagnosis, besides pain. I was extremely unimpressed with the care I received. They did not listen to what I was saying and provided a diagnosis that did not align with my systems at all and charged me and absurd amount of money. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

They were efficient and friendly. They got me right in and back to work. Thanks for your kind customer service.
Ray and Holy were extraordinary. They made sure I was comfortable at every moment and were very clear and concise about what was going to happen next and why. Amazing experience overall. Great professionals and better people.
