Not really sure what the point of making an appointment is. Waiting. And waiting. And no sign of seeing anyone within an hour or more of appointment time. Don’t schedule appointments if you can’t manage the process at all.
I am a retired family doc of 40 years’ experience and have provided many urgent care visits. NextCare’s set-up and J-D Michels, PA-C, in particular, are my ideal of an outstanding experience. The front-desk receptionist, and my intake nurse were most obliging and tolerant of this senior citizen, and other than the usual “waiting time”, this was a 5-STAR experience !! The place was clean. The Dr. she was super courteous, attentive to my daughter and funny
Just like everyone else states, John David Michels is the best! I've seen him twice now for the same reason; my annual cold/sinus infections. He's very informative and helpful. He's definitely found his calling. With the online check-in, I was the first one in the door. Yay! No doubt next July/Aug I'll be back. 😆
I loved the dr. he talked to me as a human. would love to have him be my primary care dr.
