They are scamming people. Booked a car for 470$. With all the insurances it woud be more than 2000$ (without insurance 950$). I cancled.

Horrible customer service. Made a reservation online and noticed immediately that the pick up location was no where near downtown LA. I called before they even saw that my reservation was in their system. The representative I spoke to would not let me cancel reservation and get a refund. They stated it’s their policy that there are no refunds. Criminals. Save your money and go elsewhere.

This company is owned by 24seven rent a car…look up their reviews to see why you should not rent from here. They’ll steal your money if you put a card on file.

these guys felt so scammy i didn't pick up the car, choosing to cancel my trip to the bay area. The first strange thing is they require you to show proof of insurance, or purchase it from them. Not great, but only a minor hassle if you have insurance. for me, the truly unconscionable thing is their policy (yes it is in the fine print, but it's so unusual, I'm not surprised most people miss it) to take a security deposit of $500-$1500, and reserving the right to hold that deposit for up to 20 business days.
