If I could give negative stars I would. Terrible and unhelpful customer service. This was a business purchase, so the driver name did not match the credit card name and after they cancelled the rental because travel plans changed and we didn't get there on time, the employee was stranded and had to put a $1000 deposit down on their personal card. I highly doubt we'll get that money back since this business is most definitely a scam.

These guys are a joke. These guys are not a real car rental place. They are not at the airport, they don’t have hours that service airlines. They canceled my car rental because my flight was delayed by airlines 3 hours even though I called and let them know my flight was late they canceled my rental car. If you don’t pick up in 2 hours they cancel it. Even though I let them know and they had flight info. Do these guys even have an idea of customer service ? Crazy - business policies

These people stole my credit card number and used it 3 months after I rented the raggedy cigarette smelling downgraded car they gave me. I reserved the car online, and they literally downgraded my rental and wouldn’t lower the price because the raggedy car was the only option they had in their shady junk yard.
