Do not use this company, they charge us $400 for insurance for 4 days even though we had our declaration statement and insurance cards from a top rated insurance company. Then charged us a $2500 deposit. The transportation is slow and if your late they cancel your booking even though thier shuttle took an hour. They tell people in the long line that if they are late thier reservation is cancelled and I suspect that is because they overbook and then need to make room

This company is a SCAM! STAY AWAY! They lure you in with low prices but when you pick up your car they tell you you have to pay either $60 or $90 per day for insurance. The $60 price is if you have your own insurance. This is on top of the price per day you accepted in the reservation.

If I can give a negative 5 stars I would, this had to had been the worst experience even with a rental company!! I truly would never recommend this company to anyone!! I rented a 12 passenger to go on an amazing trip with my family from Miami to Georgia, HA, big surprise for me after waiting over 3 hours in line(only 4 people in front of me) to get a rental I come to find out that I can't leave out of Florida and if I do I will get charged a fine of 1000 plus .25 cents a mile out of Florida!!! Rental car scam company. The car was not a mid size SUV that I paid for. The deposit of $2500 was outrageously large and they asked to see the full auto insurance document, not just an insurance card. They seemed to be eager to charge anything extra - upsale for the toll and auto insurance was annoying and not necessary. The desk assistant was bad. I would not rent from them again.
