Wow! Just left after a customer had to have a officer present to retrieve what looked like a gaming console. The unprofessional conversation that followed! I don't even think they realized I was in the store but it sounded as if they intentionally ripped a customer off. I immediately left! Not trusting these shady weirdos with my business.
Thieves, will have you pay a base price , make promises , then a week later tell you you have to prepay before the part is ordered. Say multiple times they will call but never do. Then when you call them on it they say they will have you trespassed if you come to pick YOUR device up. After you invested $400 plus dollars with their lies , and bs. Then you call to be calm and just ask to get it back cause someone else can do it faster , and they say no you will be trespassed. Horrible customer service, no communication at all.... read more
