Thanks to my brother-in-law Eric I found Next Wind Recovery in 2023 and attended the program for 4 months. Even though it was the most difficult thing to be away from my kids I learned enough in that time to never want to drink or use drugs again to jeopardize my freedom or my precious time with my family. I loved the counselors there, the techs, the friends I made, the houses (male and female homes separate). We had group M-F where we opened up and shared our pain and learned coping skills.
