Thanks to my brother-in-law Eric I found Next Wind Recovery in 2023 and attended the program for 4 months. Even though it was the most difficult thing to be away from my kids I learned enough in that time to never want to drink or use drugs again to jeopardize my freedom or my precious time with my family. I can be honest and say my counselor Duane has been the change that I needed. As a man it is not easy to open up and share. But he created an environment that felt like a safe place to share, accept positice criticism, and feel that you are being heard. Today is my last day but he extended his services for me to reach out whenever needed. I really appreciate that. He is a true balance between the extreme and the down to Earth.

I've only been in one recovery program (this one), and do not have any interest in ever going somewhere eles because I am a true one and done, and that is due to the amazing support and confidence of the staff. Alot of people can not say that about their recovery from going to other programs. They don't push you to do anything you are not ready for, and gives you the tools to be a respected part of society. <1★, but i can't rate it that low. Please read if considering going here and also note that in the months since I have posted this, no one from here has made any attempt to respond to this review. They say actions speak louder than words but so does inaction. Not responding shows that they are too incompetent to check reviews, don't care because "there's no such thing as bad press", or they don't care because they'll still sucker people in and bilk their insurance companies for all they're worth without actually having to "t... read more
