Its been 12 days. *********** to **** and I still dont have my things. Everything they told me has proven untrue. They took this disabled old ladys belongings which takes up fewer than 900 cubic feet, packed it in a truck and have kept it away from me for 12 days so far. These things are all I have left in this world. Pitiful right? But its true. No one will give me an update. No one knows when my things will be delivered. Did they take it to ******? We recently moved our packages through this company, and every team member did their best to ensure our packages arrived safely. The move manager was particularly helpful, sending prompt emails about the package status, and even following up late at night. The entire team did an excellent job.

With my move, Next Stop ********************************************* performed an excellent job. The group handled my possessions with efficiency and consideration. Making reservations was simple, and the staff was helpful. Although there was a small delay, it had no effect on the service as a whole. If you want a dependable moving experience, I would suggest them.
