My encounter with Next Stop Moving & Storage was outstanding. The movers were on time, cordial, and extremely cautious with my possessions. They made sure that everything was packed securely while working swiftly and carefully. My questions were all addressed by the customer service crew, who was really helpful. They have transparent and fair pricing. Everything was delivered in excellent shape and on schedule. When I move again, I'll most definitely utilize Next Stop Moving & Storage. Strongly advised.

Its been 12 days. *********** to **** and I still dont have my things. Everything they told me has proven untrue. They took this disabled old ladys belongings which takes up fewer than 900 cubic feet, packed it in a truck and have kept it away from me for 12 days so far. These things are all I have left in this world. Pitiful right? But its true. No one will give me an update. No one knows when my things will be delivered. Did they take it to ******?
