My efforts to find care for a family member have been challenging. Fortunately, I ended up speaking to ***** and she has gone above and beyond to help me figure things out and accommodate our situation. I really appreciate such empathetic care and concern, which made me feel comfortable and informed at a time where I felt like I was walking in the dark.
