They pay staff to solicit fake reviews on ****** and give incentives for Glass door and indeed. Toxic workplace, hypocritical owners, and terrible training. They fire people when they feel they are losing control. Hard to work there. I would not recommend getting psychological services here as I feel the dysfunction of the company could negatively impact the clients care.
